I was totally impressed with Kevin when we arrived at the Lexus dealer. I actually had no intentions of buying there, but my husband convinced me to go with him. I love working with Peter Kelly! The first vehicle I bought from Pete, he drove 4 hours roundtrip to give me a test drive - that was 9 years ago and since then I have bought 3 more vehicles from him. Pete loves and understand cars and he shares his passion with his clients. He is enthusiastic, polite and genuinely wants to help his customers find the right car. Northborough Lexus is first class - sales to service. Where else can you surf the net and have a great cup of coffee while waiting for an oil change! They know their prices and they listen to the client. It is a win-win situation all around. As a result of my experience, there is no way I will buy my next Lexus from any other dealer. You would be wise to check them out before making a final decision in your next car purchase! More
I was in the market for a new Lexus. Not really being a fan of purchasing a new car, I wasn't really looking forward to the "event". That all changed when I pulled into Lexus of Northborough and met Pete fan of purchasing a new car, I wasn't really looking forward to the "event". That all changed when I pulled into Lexus of Northborough and met Pete Kelly. The car buying "event" turned into a car buying "experience". I am a huge fan of "above and beyond customer service". Pete and Lexus went well above my expectations and continue to do that when I take my car in for an oil change or just a car wash. I would highly recommend Lexus of Northborough and Peter Kelly if you're even just toying around with the idea of a different car. More

I worked with Chris Schmitt to buy a used Lexus LS430. There was no need to sell me on that particular car. I had a 2002 that had, alas, been totaled. I saw this car on the internet and went to Northborough to drive it. I had the good fortune encountering Chris Schmitt. From the very beginning he was as helpful as he could have possibly been. He accompanied me on the test drive, made sure I was familiar with the novelties of this particular model, expedited the transaction at every step of the way and, perhaps most important of all, has called me at home on follow up calls at least three times making sure that I was happy, that the car was performing "as advertised." He has told me to contact him whenever I have the slightest concern and that is not an idle offer. I am completely confident that should the occasion arise, a call to him is all that will be required to right whatever situation may have arise. I cannot recommend Mr. Schmitt more strongly. I might add that Mr. Schmitt struck me as part of a culture of helpfulness that permeated Northborough. The feeling of wanting to be helpful but not wanting to be intrusive was palpable. When I'm ready for another car, Northborough will be the first place that I will look. Chris Schmitt will be the first person I contact. More
I went to this dealership for service. I live on the North Shore and I was recommended by Bruce Slovin, the General Sales Manager, to go there for service. This car was purchased over the phone. We(company car) were dealing with 2 other local Lexus dealers at the same time. I was under the gun to close this deal in one day. Kevin Mchale was by far the best o were dealing with 2 other local Lexus dealers at the same time. I was under the gun to close this deal in one day. Kevin Mchale was by far the best of the 3 dealers. He was very professional and worked very hard to get this deal done on time and at the price we were looking to pay. No question this car was purchased at Northborough because because of the professional service and timely response we received. Remarkable service and dedication. A few weeks ago, I was looking for a used Toyota (this is before the recent recalls). After having some unpleasant experiences with other dealers, who were either slim was looking for a used Toyota (this is before the recent recalls). After having some unpleasant experiences with other dealers, who were either slimy, ill-informed, manipulative, or nice but not that smart, we thought we would stop in to see the one used Toyota on the Lexus lot. Chris Schmitt is an excellent salesman. He listens to what you say, doesn't attempt to talk over you, and is responsive. He's pleasant and chatty company as well. We did have to "play the game" a little to get a reasonable price, but I think we got one in the end. However, I was most impressed with this dealership after we had closed the sale. Three days after we have driven home our new (used) Toyota, we got a call from the owner, Mitch Cook. A new recall had just been issued that directly affected our 2006 Toyota Avalon. Although I hadn't even been conscious of this development, the owner suggested we garage our Toyota at the dealership for a week or so, until Toyota had a fix for the problem, and he offered us a brand-new Lexus loaner (for free, of course). Wow, how fun was that! We really enjoyed all the gadgets and luxury. The following week Chris Schmitt called to say that he had been able to arrange a "priority" spot for our car to be fixed (as per the recall), and that he would take care of all the details. We just returned the loaner yesterday and picked up our Toyota, freshly fixed. That's what I call attention to service -- even after the deal closes, they are responsible, creative, and go out of their way to make you feel well-looked-after. (And the cookies are good, too.) My concerns are always addressed in a prompt and professional manner, not only for my IS but for my other new car which is an Acura MDX (had to get the MDX, because the RX only has 5 seats). I had a problem with that new SUV, Acura couldn't respond that day, so I drove it over to Lexus, they corrected the problem (even though they were packed with Lexus clients), hand washed the car and I was back on the road. This dealership is run more like a small boutique operation, as such the managing owner Mitch Cook is always available if you need him. I have never needed to speak with him formally (although informally spoken to him several times) as his staff always rises to the occasion every time. More
