New Year’s Eve 2020. 3PM in the afternoon we had an issue w oil leaking around a filter after my husband changed the oil in our Lexus RX 350 we had bought new in the spring. We live 75 miles away and happen w oil leaking around a filter after my husband changed the oil in our Lexus RX 350 we had bought new in the spring. We live 75 miles away and happened to be in Council Bluffs. We called the service department and the guy was so nice and told us to come in and they wld take a look. We took the car in and within 45 minutes the issue was corrected and we were back on the road. We were so very happy with the service and friendly staff. Thank you Lexus of Omaha. More
