That’s what I would want in a Service Manager if I owned a dealership. My only complaint, having nothing to do with the quality of service I received is about the ambience that should be expected when visiting a Lexus dealership. One of your employees, a young man decided to eat his lunch, his smelly lunch at a desk right at the door that leads to the customer waiting area. I don’t want to sound like some angry old man but that was uncalled for. I am sure there are other places for him to eat his (smelly) lunch. I would also like to add that the young lady at the desk Aracelis was very pleasant to deal with. More

Not the same as usual I normally come to get service on my RX here and Chris is always great in the service department. However, i simply went in for tire pressure and a question from my dash and Barry helped me. I got a really cold vibe from this man, asked him how he was doing and completely ignored me... didn’t seem to really care about what I had to say. He tried to tell me that I had a nail in my tire and needed a new one. Mind you, this would be the 3rd time this year I get a new tire in the same spot. So i refused and he didn’t care and walked away. His delivery on the message is what set me off. No wonder every time I go in there’s always someone new in that office. More
