First Disappointment I took my car there Saturday to determine why my car was sounding like a truck. After assessing the problem I was escorted to where the mechanic was w I took my car there Saturday to determine why my car was sounding like a truck. After assessing the problem I was escorted to where the mechanic was working to see what needed to be fixed. I asked for a price and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. While waiting I received a text message from the service manager detailing what needed my immediate and fure attention along with the prices. As I was about to select what I wanted done Chris appeared and gave me a print out of what he texted. He said my car was being washed and he’d get m out ASAP. I asked him about the service I wanted fixed and he informed me that he didn’t have the parts onsite they would have to be ordered. Gave me my bill for the oil change and sent me on my way. I called Prestige in Ramsey and was helped by Joe who ordered the part and gave me a loaner. What service! When Joe and Cindy worked at the Middletown service I NEVER experienced this service! I’ll NEVER return. I’ll take my car to Ramsey where they service you better. More

Excellent experience Expedite repair under special circumstances. The adviser Chris was very accommodating and kept me up to date thru the process. I broke down while traveling upstate NY for vacation.. my car was towed to the dealership, and although I am not a regular customer there they have treated me the way any one would hope to be treated under this circumstance. They also went the extra mile and helped me to obtain a tow device back to my home. More
