Above and beyond I recently purchased a used RX 450h from Lexus of Middletown. When it was discovered that the roof rack ordered for the car wasn't ready on the night I recently purchased a used RX 450h from Lexus of Middletown. When it was discovered that the roof rack ordered for the car wasn't ready on the night I came for pick-up, the staff was mortified. They quickly arranged to put me up for the night in a nice hotel across the street, paid for my dinner, and apologized profusely. (I live three hours away from the dealership, so I really appreciated not having to go home and then drive back the next day.) A missed detail like that can happen to any business, not just a car dealership, but the staff, including Corey Hayes, John Roscino, Rebecca Cohen, Chris Nenning, Michael Fischetti and Gary Cohen went above and beyond to address the situation. Their concern was genuine, and they did their best to make sure I was satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Nice people! More

just overall awesome "melissa" made it happen! I was there probably 4 or 5 times in the past 8 plus months looking at the 15-16 lexus NX 200t loved loved them but couldnt "melissa" made it happen! The manager helped out with the numbers and got my payments to where I wanted them "with" the maintenance plan and it was affordable for me! I walked out happy finally!!!! when I went back to pick up my car Melissa went over every detail with me so I knew all the details of the extras on my new "toy!' More
