From the moment I walked to the moment I left, everything worked out so smoothly. Patrick Helmer, the sales consultant, treated me like a true guest - not like the typical salesperson looking to make a sale. I went to Lexus of Middletown after having a not-so-pleasant experience at another NY Lexus dealer. I asked Patrick what was the best price on a new 2019 Lexus RX450h. Since the deal was better than what the other store quoted me, I left a deposit and came back to sign the contract. I had to return because I live in Manhattan and the color combination I wanted was at their Ramsey, NJ establishment. Jake Morganstein, the finance manager, left everything ready to sign. Unfortunately, he was not there due to a personal emergency. But did he leave us (my brother and I) in good hands! Sales manager Corey Hayes finalized the transaction. He did an awesome job and that is why we ended up buying a maintenance plan and rim protection, especially given that we got 20” wheels and NYC streets are in such bad shape. A small gripe, though. Guys, please detail and fill up the car before we get there! It’s not a criticism but rather a suggestion. Overall, it was a butter smooth transaction. Every step of the process was crisp, just like the simulated shifts on my new RX hybrid. Prestige Lexus of Middletown, although a bit far, is my new home. Thank you Pat, Corey and Jake! More

All issues surrounding a purchase from test drive to the final paperwork are handled smoothly and efficiently. The Lexus vehicles tend to speak for themselves. A fair and unrushed approach makes the process actually fun and interesting.The building itself is new ( 2 years old) and very clean. I highly recommend this dealership . Hopefully my car will perform just as well. More
