Nickel and Diming I recently brought my 2013 Lexus RX350 in for a 55,000 service (basically checking fluids and rotate tires). The service mechanic notice a nail in one I recently brought my 2013 Lexus RX350 in for a 55,000 service (basically checking fluids and rotate tires). The service mechanic notice a nail in one tire and would cost $42 to repair. The repair was made and a total bill was over $200. I know the warranty is over but I continue to bring my vehicle to a Lexus dealer for piece of mind and I thought they would want a valuable and repeat customer. I feel with all the money spent at this dealership and other Lexus dealerships they should have not charged for the tire repair or at least have given me a discount. Somewhat disappointing. More
