Irresponsible and dishonest This poor rating has to do with a service. I took my car in for work on two recalls. The work was done. I left with recommendations for thousands o This poor rating has to do with a service. I took my car in for work on two recalls. The work was done. I left with recommendations for thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary repairs. When I was pressured to make an appointment by Chris, to take care of the "repairs" I let him know that I would not at that moment. I would check with my regular mechanic. His entire demeanor changed from friendly and caring to cold. I brought my car, along with the estimate to my HONEST mechanic who took care of the needed work. The cost was a fraction of what was estimated by this Lexus dealership. The other repairs were not necessary, or seriously over charged. In addition, I heard a rattle. When I took my car to my trustworthy mechanic, he learned that the transmission screws were not tightened all the way from the time the recall work was done. I am outraged by the horrific service and dishonest quotes that I received. More
