Easy decision I already knew I wanted a Lexus just not sure which one. Then John approached me and started a conversation which eventually lead to my interest in the MX model. I went home, thought about it for a while and then called John 2 weeks later to say I changed my mind and was interested in the UX. When I came in for my next visit John already had a test car waiting for me. He walked me thru the purchase/leasing process and in the end, I bought the UX. I also traded in my Subaru for a beautiful Nissan Altima which my husband adores. John called me a few days later to see how I was liking the UX - love it! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I would recommend Prestige Lexus! More
