We've just experienced amazing !! After having ordered a new NX200T for my wife, yesterday we took delivery of our two vehicles. From the second you walk in the door you feel special and more importantly you feel like "friends or even family". We were initially greeted by "Woody" (GM) and Scott Litt (Sales Manager). Two gentlemen who 'go out of their way' to make your visit "special". We met with Joe Zaccaria (Business Manager) who no matter what scenario you throw at him, he comes up with the answer, his main focus is "what's best for you". He gave us great advice and we truly appreciate his time and knowledge. Gabriella showed us the vehicles. I have worked with her previously and her customer care is second to none. There was a slight issue during the delivery process ( no fault of the dealer) and "Woody" who had left, even came back to make sure we were happy. Their greatest priority is that you leave "happy and with a smile on your face". This is a phrase I heard many times. All the staff I worked with went above and beyond, this makes the joy of buying a Lexus vehicle or vehicles all the more special. More

Scott, the sales manager, helped navigate us through the best way to structure the purchase. We threw him a curve at the end and he handled it like a pro.
