We just had our RX330 serviced at Prestige Lexus in Middletown and were extremely happy from start to finish with the excellent service received at this dealership. We will be buying a new Lexus in the near future and will absolutely come to Prestige Lexus in Middletown and continue our relationship with Joe Scalo and his excellent service department. More

Excellent Service!! I have been a Prestige Lexus of Paramus customer for 8 years. For the last 3-4 years Joe Scalo has been my service adviser. You can imagine how happy I have been a Prestige Lexus of Paramus customer for 8 years. For the last 3-4 years Joe Scalo has been my service adviser. You can imagine how happy I was to have the new Prestige of Middletown open a few miles from my house but it was icing on the cake that the Service Manager would be Joe Scalo. He always has been a pleasure to deal with and my first experience at the new dealership in January was exactly what I expected!!! My service was done expeditiously and perfectly of course and I know that our car will always be well taken care of at the new dealership. More
