So this is now 3 plus weeks in and a week after you replied to this and still she has not been provide with an adequate part which costs $25 or so. So to me this reply just seems like damage control and for show. How hard is it to order the part like we were promised. Have someone drive the diffident part out to her? Please don’t bother with the misleading messages to make the dealership look like they actually care. This ain’t a $500 part, We are talking one of the cheaper organs you could ever have to replace. Sad.
