Lexus of Orange Park

I dropped off my car to Lexus of Orange Park two days ago for some extensive service work since my car hit 90,000 miles. Nothing was broken but as you can imagine, that’s the time when many things are due to for some extensive service work since my car hit 90,000 miles. Although I only get my car serviced here, I’ve never worked with Brett but needless to say, it was business as usual. He was awesome as the other service representatives have been. He assured me that everything would be done and it was. My car runs as well as it did many years ago. I’ll never go anywhere else! More

Made an online appointment and arrived meeting with customer service representative. We reviewed the order and confirmed tire order and rebates. I waited in lounge area and time to perform work was as customer service representative. We reviewed the order and confirmed tire order and rebates. I waited in lounge area and time to perform work was as they estimated. They also performed a comprehensive auto check. They replaced the battery under warranty. Also some difficulty arose on one of the rebates but later in the day sent the details over so I could receive the rebate. Everything was attended to and they showed that they care about the customer experience. We are very happy with their service and results. More
