If everyone presented themselves and represented Lexus like she does...there would be no other choice in automobiles. Lexus should be proud to have her as a representative. Everyone could learn from her. Perhaps a nice raise and a new position..lets say a position where she teaches employees of Lexus how to treat customers and how to get the job done..and done right. She has shown nothing but complete compassion, dedication, and professionalism each time ive been there. SHE has made me make the committment of never driving anything but a Lexus. Service department When I called initially to set up appointment for service, I never received a call back from 2 different phone messages, this was from about 11 am til When I called initially to set up appointment for service, I never received a call back from 2 different phone messages, this was from about 11 am till about 3 pm on Wednesday or Thursday for an appointment for Friday 11/10/17, I left two message on Carlos answering service. I finally called back and reached someone who set my appointment up & said Carlos wasn’t in that day (someone should’ve covered his messages). I usually deal with Susan Kay but I lost her direct number. & she’s very prompt in returning calls. Very disappointed with the way the phone messages weren’t returned in a timely manner, but everything worked out. Very satisfied with the overall service department More
