Mr. Derrin Drago took great care of my RX 350 and of me during the visit, getting my car back to me in just over an hour. The waiting area is large, attractive, clean and comfortable, as are the bathrooms. As an added bonus I passed the time while waiting discussing and test-driving the CT hybrid with a very friendly and competent salesman, Frank Ashdji. On my next service visit my wife will also test drive this car since she will soon be in the market for a new car. More
