The waiting area is large, attractive, clean and comfortable, as are the bathrooms. As an added bonus I passed the time while waiting discussing and test-driving the CT hybrid with a very friendly and competent salesman, Frank Ashdji. On my next service visit my wife will also test drive this car since she will soon be in the market for a new car. More
