My experience from my initial email inquiry was top notch! Chris answered my requests and questions on a daily basis faster than I expected! The first time I walked into the dealership I had a low pressure tire signal on my IS350 2011. Set an appointment on my way to work. I was in and out, very surprised that they didn't find anything with my tires. I was very skeptical. Apparently, the service department just reset my settings and they told me everything was good. After work, my tire pressure was on again. I am pretty knowledgable about cars, so I had no doubt that there was indeed something wrong. I took it back the second time, and they said that it was a leak from a patch that was done before, done from another dealership. It was crazy because they didn't have the tires in stock so I drove a car that had a leak. Finally, we decided to trade the car in. It was a whole ordeal. I've never been so stressed out because of purchasing a car. The last time we purchased a car was from a Mercedes dealer and he made everything seamless. But this dealer is nothing like that. Headaches, Headaches. Headaches. Finally, after about 1 month and a couple of weeks of waiting-the car came in. The car is great and it made up for it. BUT, life happens and ran over a nail less than a month later. Took it back to the dealership and another nightmare again! They didn't have the tires in stock. Had to wait another 2 weeks until I was told it was ready to be picked up. So, I came in and paid $391.00 thinking I have a brand-sparkling new tires. The service department never mentioned anything about taking another tire from another vehicle and installing it on my car. Thats not new, that's used. Definitely unacceptable. A bunch of pathetic crooks. Honesty does play a good part on having a good business--and this dealer was the worst dealership we have ever been to. They think that we don't have any knowledge of products or cars for that matter. Please do not purchase your Lexus here. I would drive another 2-3 hours if I had to, to find good service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. More
