I don’t recommend Lexus of Orange Park. They need to work on their core values. My Sales Associate, Gavin, was nice enough. However, I waited nearly four hours before I met with their finance team to finish purchasing. Initially, I pre-purchased the maintenance plan but after I got home, I realized they charged me more than their posted amount. Once I drew it to their addition, Ana, the Finance Assistant, told me that sometimes their website was wrong and there was nothing she could do about it. Even went as far as to ask me what I wanted her to do about it. Needless to say I requested they refund me my money and I purchased it through their website for $300 less. The fact that Lexus of Orange Park thinks this acceptable makes me question how they do business overall. I will not purchase another vehicle from them. More
