Unfortunately, our experience with the finance department was disappointing. We were never offered the promotional interest rate advertised on their website, even though we believe we were well qualified for was disappointing. Instead, we were given a much higher interest rate without any explanation of why the promotional rate wasn’t offered. We would have appreciated more transparency and a clear explanation of our financing options. Uriel provided great service, but the finance experience took away from an otherwise positive purchase I’ve asked for an email to send my concerns to, to get this corrected but no respond. I would stay away from this dealership. More
