The advisor who handled my service twice before never returned my calls. The second advisor who was assigned had issues. He was abrasive, said he was tired from all the work, told me different prices for returned my calls. The second advisor who was assigned had issues. He apologized but then his attitude and the different prices made me mistrustful of him. I spoke with the Service Manager who was courteous and tried to help. They assigned another service advisor and as pleasant as he was, he had the car for a week and never called. I had even called him three days on the Friday after I dropped off the car and he said he would call me back in a few minutes but he never did. I got a routine text the next Tuesday afternoon that the car could be picked up. The advisor attributed his reticence to family illness so I cannot fault him for that. All in all, they gave me a courtesy loaner to drive, dirty as it was inside, I didn't have to rent a car. They could at least wipe it out and have it vacuumed before loaning it to each customer. There are so many cars going in and out of that place that they don't even wash them properly. My car was returned to me needing a wash. Then after all of that there was nothing wrong with the car except that I was told that the "computer/electronic system was being confused and drained" by a power bank (for my cell phone) that I had plugged into the charger in the console. The advisor said after they unplugged it, the car was back to normal. It took a week for them to find that out! I still thank them for putting my mind at rest and finding the problem without charging me for it. More
