Poor knowledgeable staff that check my car the person that called me with the diagnostic gave me three different versions about what my car had. Still today I don’t have my car and I wasn’t offered a loaner because supposedly the service wasn’t part of the dealer and everyone knows that’s not true, Lexus is expensive I am a loyal customer but is ok Lexus of a Pembroke Pines is not the only one. I wasn’t happy with my last deal now I even more unhappy, you just lost no only one customer you lost two. More
