Ordered a new car on 3/14/20. One item left off. Then covid, factory shut down. Offered 2021 at same price. Said ok, same thing missing one item. Reordered right away. Love the car but really liked it with the brown carpet and dash. More

I brought my car in for the first service and asked for the replacement of a cap on a tire that had been missing since picking up the car. I was very disappointed with my first service experience as well as my over experience. I made an appt for noon and was still told there was a 2 hour wait. Why did I schedule an appointment. They did notice a recall and took care of it but that added another hour. I had no notice from my service guy sebastian during the 3 hours. Yes I had acknowledge the initial text to get updates. Only when I questioned what was happening again after 3 hours did they tell me my car will be ready soon. Even when i lease my car I drove it home and the battery died. I had to have lexus come and jump start me on the 1st day I had the car. More
