Most unpleasant buying experience of my life. And it got worse when I read what the dealership added into our contract AFTER we agreed on a price. They charged $799 for "Document Fee" $181 in DMV fees, inc worse when I read what the dealership added into our contract AFTER we agreed on a price. They charged $799 for "Document Fee" $181 in DMV fees, including the title, registration, and plate fees , then turns around and charges those fees again in the final contract. Then adds another $499 in "Electronic Filing Fee". This whole process took 6.5 hours. Not only will I NEVER buy from this dealer, I will NEVER buy a Lexus, when they have their dealers being this shady in my opinion. They slid a bunch of additional fees in after the deal and the topper, is it is going to cost $350 to NOT buy another xxx Lexus. It took 3 hours to work out a deal, then an additional 3.5 hours to finally sign the deal. By then, we were sick (Physically and needed to leave). I should have walked out What a excruciating painful experience. NEVER AGAIN. More
