I set up an appointment with Erik for 12 noon. We arrived and waited over 20 minutes for Erik to greet us and immediately said they were very busy and handed us off to one of his associates, Veronica arrived and waited over 20 minutes for Erik to greet us and immediately said they were very busy and handed us off to one of his associates, Veronica. Unfortunately she was not very knowledgeable about the ES350 we were looking at. Kept stating that the only difference between the base model and the premium package was the 4 buttons for the driver seat memory settings. There’s a minimum $3000 difference between the base and premium models, obviously there’s more than 4 buttons. She was very nice and we felt bad because Veronica probably shouldn’t have been on her own yet. When it came to the deal it was exactly what we wanted and the sales manager couldn’t have been nicer. After we agreed we were walked over to wait for finance, at this point we were told 15 minutes. 45 minutes later can’t find either sales person for help. Finally found Erik and at this point I’m slightly annoyed and said listen if you don’t want my business I can leave. He left and came back 2 minutes later and brought us into finance. Mo, the finance guy, couldn’t have been nicer. Afterwards Erik says he’ll get our car we traded in and bring it over so we can transfer our belongings. He did this while we got the insurance binder. We go out to our new car can’t find Erik or our old car. Found Erik and he said I parked it over around the corner. Serious lack of communication and professionalism on Erik’s part. The dealership as a whole I really like. After our second ES350 from them I’d expect a little more respect and attention from the salesman I originally had an appointment with!! More
