I am usually very satisfied with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. This last time I took my car for an oil change and complimentary car wash. I was told that my car would be ready in about two hours. Not only wasn’t my car ready in two hours, the service department was closed and I didn’t received a text or call. Thus, I called and was told to call the next day. Very unprofessional. I think Mr. Juan Correa needs to be trained better especially in communication skills. More

Had an appointment scheduled for servicing and had requested a loaner car because I was going to use my lunch break to take the car in. Once there I was informed there were no loaner cars available. T requested a loaner car because I was going to use my lunch break to take the car in. Once there I was informed there were no loaner cars available. The service rep was trying to be accommodating but it seems like his team wasn’t on the same page. Had to book my own Uber to get home and find transportation back to pick up my car. The least that could have been done for the inconvenience was to send my car to my home once the service was done or at least reimburse for the Uber. The service rep was very sweet and I completely understand these things are out of his control but as his supervisor I would have tried to do good by the customer. This is already my second poor experience here. I should have known better when I leased my car not to do business there. Sales reps did not attend to me, and I was told that the car that I wanted (my current car) was out of my budget. Anxiously waiting for my lease to end. More
