What an amazing, seamless, pressure free experience my family and I had at Lexus of Pembrooke Pines when we went in to get our new lease. This is a mixed review because some people did a great job and others failed epically. I only heard from 2 people- My Service Manager Melissa (not listed above) and the driver, Bernie, who picked up/broug job and others failed epically. I only heard from 2 people- My Service Manager Melissa (not listed above) and the driver, Bernie, who picked up/brought back my car. Melissa and Bernie were both great, with great attitude and customer service. But the actual work was questionable after a big repair. My car came back clearly not having been cleaned/vacuumed on the inside, with dirty handprints all over the interior of the car and dirt on rugs, etc.- which made me sure that it was not sanitized prior to being brought back to me. That is huge in this COVID environment, with my trust that the dealership would follow the COVID sanitizing protocol a main reason I used the dealer service. I then had to sanitize the whole car myself before transporting my family in it- not good. It also came back with a new dash warning light it never had before - a lamp light - but no one ever mentioned it was a problem upon retuning it to me. What happened there? Overall not a good service experience. More
