My five stars are soley due to my experiences with my service advisor, Carlos Perez. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to address all of my concerns pertaining to the service of my vehicle service advisor, Carlos Perez. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to address all of my concerns pertaining to the service of my vehicle is what brought me back to this location. I was actually having my vehicle serviced at JM Lexus in Margate even though I am less than five miles away from Lexus of Pines. Y'all were absolutely horrible and North Miami was no better. I dreaded when it was time for my vehicle to be serviced. I was going on a road trip and over due for an oil change. There were no appointments at JM Lexus that fit into my timeframe. I prayed before I took my vehicle back to Pines that there would be no issues with a simple oil change. To my total surprise, everything went well with no issues. I'm not sure what may have happened or changed; new management perhaps. I believe that the service team is an integral part of a dealership's success. Since every single time that my vehicle was at Pines or North Miami location for service or repair and it was horrible, I had decided that this would be my last Lexus vehicle and I have had four to date. Again, my five stars are because of my service advisor. More
