I asked for a handle that broke in my seat to be repaired during my oil change. The service adviser acknowledged that he would take care of it. However, and it wasn't even touched and the handle was left in during my oil change. The service adviser acknowledged that he would take care of it. However, and it wasn't even touched and the handle was left in my center console at pickup. Unfortunately I had to leave before I could address it. I also still have a pending vehicle recall that wasn't addressed. I used to drive all the way to North Miami Lexus with previous Lexus vehicles I owed. I think I will start driving back there for service because this is not working out. The only positive thing to give the rating was I had the service completed in less than 2 hours. More
