Im disappointed to see that service department has made a turn for the worst over the past year. Although my service advisor is great and very helpful, it’s upsetting to find out they don’t have a loaner car turn for the worst over the past year. Although my service advisor is great and very helpful, it’s upsetting to find out they don’t have a loaner car to give you while your car is being serviced although it was requested weeks in advance. Last couple of times I’ve taken my car to be serviced, thinking they have a loaner for me, I’m told there’s none. I’ve had to take Ubers to work and back and often times inconvenience others to pick me up and bring me back. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. Period. More
