I took my car in because one of the tires was leaking air. I told the service rep the issue was the rim, to look into it. He comes back and says its not the rim, that I need 4 new tires. I replaced the 4 air. I told the service rep the issue was the rim, to look into it. He comes back and says its not the rim, that I need 4 new tires. I replaced the 4 new tires with Lexus, following his advice. Less than 24 hours later, brand new tire is also leaking. I take it back, they said is the rim, which I told them originally was the issue. I replaced the rim after having spent money in 4 new tires which barely had 25k miles, and I had to wait 10 days for. Then on the day of my appointment, after having called 5 times to confirm tires were in and I could go in for service, the tires were not there, and we had to wait hours before they arrived so they could be installed. I have trusted this dealer for over 20 years. The service I received this time around was horrendous. Not sure what's going on there now, but the customer service manager should be ashamed of the work his team is performing. Simply NOT the type of service I would expect from Lexus, based on the amazing service I had received for so long. Very Sad. More
