Always efficient and easy to get an appointment. They work quickly to take care of my required maintenance and don’t push me for unnecessary maintenance or add ons. I didn’t like that I was approached by a sales consultant during my last visit who assumed that I had a lease when I didn’t. I would prefer to be asked if I want to heart about options for an upgrade directly and not in the manner where the objective of their seeking me out was not clear. More

I sent an email explaining the situation. I waited over 6 months to get my backup key. I misplaced and did not have the backup key. I ended up having to have it towed to your facility and I waited over 6 months to get my backup key. I misplaced and did not have the backup key. I ended up having to have it towed to your facility and you programmed the key and it does not pair with the original which I found 2 days later. I feel let down by Lexus. Why should I have to pay close to $600 to have the key reprogrammed when it took you over 6 months to get me a key! More
