Lexus of Pembroke Pines - Service Center

Read great reviews and traveled 2 hours because I thought it was at least an “typicable” or better Lexus Dealorship. But Overpriced deception! Mislead! Forced to take a loan! By “Kee” a sales mana thought it was at least an “typicable” or better Lexus Dealorship. But Overpriced deception! Mislead! Forced to take a loan! By “Kee” a sales manager! Horrible experience! Would not take a certified check! Charged for a year old car but given service for a 2 year old car!(after I bought the car!) Salesman unprepared on the things available on the car. 1 key!?!And the key was broken with bottom missing! Otherwise he was a very personable person….too good for this dealership. Sorry I found this dealership! My 5th Lexus and probably my last!!!!! Worst experience ever! Guess they saw a woman coming!!!!!! More
