Do not give costumers an estimate if you’re not gonna comply with it. I was told the service would take about an hour and a half from different agents and planned my day accordingly. Ended up cancelling an appointment because it took about 2 hours 50 minutes to get it done. I understand things can go different than planned and for that reason you guys should make that waiting time window wider so people don’t get frustrated waiting for something isn’t gonna happen.
