Jeff is great. Definitely helped me get a loaner. Though must say it was frustrating to have to get the car up to dealership as the car was displaying an ABS failure. First time was told it was a software issue. Second time it was finally determined to be a speed sensor. Noticed on the bill a $18 rental fee. Not sure where that came from. Definitely found it odd.
