After car was dropped for repair, no calls or texts returned from the service advisor ( Erickson) in weeks; Unnecessary repairs without consent ending in exaggerated bills; Car not properly repaire returned from the service advisor ( Erickson) in weeks; Unnecessary repairs without consent ending in exaggerated bills; Car not properly repaired: front lower lights out and not replaced; engine cover screws removed and not replaced.Therefore, when driving the car, it sounds like an earthquake under the hood.
