I’ve taken my car back 5 times to solve the same issue and they have yet to solve it. I have taken my car back every day I have gotten it back from the service department. I don’t know what’s going on there, but I’m very displeased ever since purchasing my car from Lexus and the poor quality service I have received in fixing basic mechanical issues with my Lexus certified vehicle. I’m making payments on a car that I have driven only for a week as I have been driving nothing but loaners. Very displeased. More

Service rep Melissa is rude. My car had issue when I purchased it 3 months ago. Promise and lies was told to me that it would be fixed. I had to contact Lexus corporate for my car to be repaired. I never received a called saying my car was ready for pick up. I received a text and took a chance driving 2.5 hours hoping my car was ready. Thankfully it was.
