I called to walk in on a Sunday and the receptionist assured me if I made it in by 1:30pm I would be accommodated. The process is inefficient. There are a lot of bodies but little doing or to show for it. When booking an appointment we specify the reason, you check in your car and have to wait at least half an hour for a little doing or to show for it. The vehicle pick up is just as cumbersome, cashier, then across the way for another dept? To what end? The Lexus app shows you when your car is on/doors/hood open my car sat there for 5 hours before I called to see if everything was okay and only then was my car worked on, they had said it was done, the paperwork had barely been printed upon my arrival.
