No issues with 90K service and was kept fully informed. Website should allow to request a loaner if needed when scheduling the service, although Gustavo helped me get a loaner. More

Hood struts cost me $50and it took me 5 minutes to change. I was willing to pay premium to exchange it but $413 dollars is a rip off. It doesn’t take hours to change this part. I’m not mechanically inclined and it only took me 5 minutes to change.
