Went in for an oil change and asked the service advisor to look at hatch that was making a noise. He advised that the rear hatch assembly needed to be replaced for $1,495. I explained we bought extended warranty at the time of purchase. He said there was no record of the extended warranty purchase and gave ne a Lexus customer service number to call. They also had no record of it. After several hours talking to several different people from Lexus I contacted Lexus of Pembroke Pines Service Department. They said they had the record of the purchase of our extended warranty for $2,400. I explained that to Lexus and was given a claim number and said a service advisor would be contacting me and I have yet to hear from anyone. At the end of my service I was told my car was ready. I paid the cashier and took the receipt to the pickup area and I had to wait for 45 minutes. During that time I twice asked where my car was. The woman at the pick up area was very short with me at the end. More
