Was told it would take 2 hours, after 4 hours I called, texted, left voicemails, no responses… 5 hours later I get a text saying it’s not ready. After 6 hours I texted again and said I needed the car to pi texted, left voicemails, no responses… 5 hours later I get a text saying it’s not ready. After 6 hours I texted again and said I needed the car to pick up my son from school and was told that the car was ready but they didn’t know why I didn’t receive an automated text… Mind you, I paid for a package that covers maintenance, but was told that I had already used all my maintenances… Yet I pay the same amount monthly for my lease and no one ever told me that I was buying a limited package of maintenances. Had to pay $300 for something i could have gotten at Pep Boys for like $100 (and probably received better service too) Definitely not renewing my lease and I’m currently looking at other options. More
