Dealership has changed since the pandemic. There’s a lot of turnover in the service area. Doesn’t seem to flow as good as in the past. Not as organized and managed as in previous years. There was a long wait for my appointment and the service, which was very minor took way too long. Over 3 hours. I still love Lexus but closer attention to service area needs to be done. More

A great experience and honestly Lexus stands out among any other manufacturer simply by acknowledging and accepting their faults. In my case, there was a material issue (ripping itself) of the dash of any other manufacturer simply by acknowledging and accepting their faults. In my case, there was a material issue (ripping itself) of the dash of my GS350 and they have generously offered to replace it for free, even if the warranty expired (is within the miles but not the years). That for me is taking responsibility and not implying that after the warranty period your car can implode, "we charge you for everything", like others in the industry. Thank you! More
