My service advisor Rodney never showed. Despite having an appointment, and waiting for an hour, my assigned advisor never came to see me. I finally asked the check-in staff if someone could let me know what appointment, and waiting for an hour, my assigned advisor never came to see me. I was told that it had been taken back, an hour ago, but until the service advisor told them what to do, it was just sitting. Ultimately, I was assigned to someone else who said Rodney must be busy. I'm guessing by the number of people I saw arrive and meet with their service advisors within 10-15 minutes, so were all the other service advisors, but none of their clients waited over an hour. This is the second time I've had to wait with an appointment and then be reassigned from Rod. Rest assured, he will never be assigned to me again. More
