Went in for tire issue. Called ahead and set it up. Arrived when stated but still had to wait. Got the car into the queue for service and they called to tell me that the tire had to be replaced. Immediately authorized and was told no more than 30 mins. Nearly 1.5 hours later got my car back. Had to enquire multiple times as to why. Apparently no one told the service crew to change the tire, despite someone calling me to specifically ask for authorization and it was immediately given. Getting information was impossible until my service agent came back from lunch. Complete communications failure. More
Everything worked out very well. The person picking up my car was here on time. The service associate called me at the beginning and the end of the servicing. I got my car back in 4 hours. I had an appointment for maintenance and booked two weeks in advance for 9:30 AM for a specific advisor. Had to book that far in advance to get a loaner. Got there at about 9:25 and the check in people came in advance for 9:30 AM for a specific advisor. Had to book that far in advance to get a loaner. Got there at about 9:25 and the check in people came pretty quickly. Sent me to sit in lobby until my advisor came for me. At 10:10 I went and asked if I was forgotten and they got me another advisor to take care of me. Luckily, I decided not to use loaner car because they didn’t even have one reserved for me. Now the question is: Why make an appointment if they don’t observe time or even have a loaner as requested. ? Or you don’t get “service advisor” you requested. More
I love the fact that this dealership really takes care of the customer. I had a beautiful loaner car while mine was being fixed. It took longer because the part was on back order. No charge!
