Calling in to service line, the Receptionist answering the phone is very muffled, I've been serving my vehicle for 3 years at this location, doesn't matter who answers, you can't understand. Terrible service from Jeffrey and the service department in general. In the last two service appointments for my 2020 NX300 I have brought to their attention that my car has a rattle noise. Probably a defec in general. In the last two service appointments for my 2020 NX300 I have brought to their attention that my car has a rattle noise. Probably a defect on my vehicle that I can totally understand but should be cover under warranty. Both times the service advisor told me they knew what the issue was and they needed to get approval from Lexus to replace the parts and that they would call me back the following week to schedule the repair once they receive the approval. I've been waiting months from the first appointment and 3 weeks from my last service appointment and I haven't heard back. Not even an update. I've been calling every other day to get a status and I have not been able to get one or even speak to the service advisor or the service manager Jose. I don't know how many times the receptionist has told me that they will call me back but they NEVER do. I'm even starting to believe they never submitted anything to Lexus and they are just waiting until I decide to forget it and stop calling. When I got my Lexus at Lexus of Pembroke Pines I thought the service department was going to be top-notch but this has been nothing but disappointing and a waste of time dealing with them. More
