I asked the rep(Sebastian) to call me with any updates on my vehicle because i knew for sure i need more work done than just service. No called was received and when i got to the dealership he was unable to my vehicle because i knew for sure i need more work done than just service. Went in for a routine oil change. The process took 4 days and the service advisor did not even respond to me when I asked why. Even when I picked up my car, nobody was available to answer my questions and I and the service advisor did not even respond to me when I asked why.
