Took my car to the body repair shop due to an accident. It took 6 weeks for the repair to be completed. Don't know why it took so long, my insurance agent said one thing and they said another thing. My new service advisor for this 60K maintenance did a very poor job. Juan Correa did not even perform the 60k service I asked for. Why have a service advisor when you never meet them? Mine never even let me know my car was ready. I also got into my car to have oil/geese in several areas.
