The service representative was not focused. Did not pay attention gave a an estimate of $51 +$189 total $240 but charged me $307.xx. I went to Lexus of Pembroke Pines service department because I had a ligh sign in my board indicated one tire has a problem the person at service line gave a yellow ticket and in about fifteen minutes I because I had a ligh sign in my board indicated one tire has a problem the person at service line gave a yellow ticket and in about fifteen minutes Isidro García who was the service salesman that approached me that day told me that may be I have to change for a new tire after I wait for about an hour and fifteen minutes he called me again to his office and saying that I need a new tire with a value of 214 dollars I was concern and made the decision to leave the agency to somewhere else I drove my car to good year close to my house and they repair my flat tire for only 29.99 and I asked if the tire was okay and they said that no problem and fixed . I am glad that I made the right decision to leave Lexus of Pembroke Pines service department because was very unfair that they tried to charge me with 200 for a tire that was only 29.99 for a repair . In my opinion that was very unfair to a loyal customer because I was in service since I bought my vehicle a Lexus ES 2019 . Very unsatisfied shame of you Lexus of Pembroke Pines More

Very disappointing. Day 1 - Went in because brake lights stayed on water leaked from my visor. I stressed I was very concerned about a leak from sunroof as water may be affecting electrical systems. On call stayed on water leaked from my visor. I stressed I was very concerned about a leak from sunroof as water may be affecting electrical systems. On call back was told brake light switch was $200, my engine light was on and I needed O2 sensors replaced for $910, BUT they could not find the source of the leak. I insisted they find source of leak before I approved anything. Day 2 - They found that the "sunroof was clogged" and would unclog it for $180 but there was a lot of water under the carpet and possibly mold, and since fixing that issue was expensive, they recommended I go through insurance. I approved unclogging of sunroof and replacing brake light switch only. Day 3 - no call - I called at 5 pm - was told there was an issue they could not figure out but since rep was off the next day - I would not hear anything until Day 5. Day 5 - I called around noon and brake light switch and sunroof drain hose were fixed for $519 and there was no indication of any other issues. To review, if I took all their suggestions I would have taken my car back with no leak being fixed and would be out $910 for O2 sensors that did not need replacing (and who knows how much to lift up the carpet and clear out the water that had accumulated underneath, which I handled with no problem.) In addition, communication with the rep was frustrating. He was unclear and/or too busy or unaware of what was really going on with my car. I do not recommend going there - poorly managed, poorly trained staff, and certainly not a customer service orientation - just the quick fix that will get you spending the most. More
