Terrible experience, from the beginning I notice the main entrance was over booked and were many cars in line regardless I have an appointment, took about 15 minutes to someone to come and greet me, was not entrance was over booked and were many cars in line regardless I have an appointment, took about 15 minutes to someone to come and greet me, was not video or checklist done by the attendant and no safety guidelines implemented. After an inspection when the job was completed )wait time about 4 hours) I notice some of the thing what they suppose "to do" were not done by the tech. when I address this concerns with the service manager - Jose Camara he show no sympathy or care for my concerns. Regardless are minor things like top up fluids and return a car with out oil spills on the car's engine bay and finger prints all over is not right to return a car in this condition and no to do anything about it at the end the manager did no do anything regardless I show him the fluids were not done and the condition of the car.
