Not really a ‘World Class Experience’. A world class experience would include getting back my vehicle that went in for a recall, to be given back clean. Not a detail, but the simple things such as vacuu experience would include getting back my vehicle that went in for a recall, to be given back clean. Lack of customer service. The advisor never contacts me the following day to let me know that my car was ready. He did not look very friendly. The mechanic that drove the vehicle with me very rude with no the following day to let me know that my car was ready. He did not look very friendly.
