The representatives in the finance department respected my decisions and was not "pushy". Everyone was patient and my dream car was delivered. The dreaded 8 hours at the car dealership was non existent! 4 hours TOTAL on my 3 trips to the dealership (to "window shop", to test drive, to pick up)! I returned a week later for my tints and that process was seamless. This was my first Lexus purchase and this experience felt like luxury. Kudos to the entire team! More
