My car is never passed through the car wash before returning, this is supposed to be a free courtesy service and I as the customer feel like only the necessary is done when you return the car dirty af returning, this is supposed to be a free courtesy service and I as the customer feel like only the necessary is done when you return the car dirty after a service. Call from an adviser is never placed to ensure all that needs to be done gets done before returning vehicle unless, I really stress the need for a call back, which I did this time stating "I would not accept the car back till an advisor called me". I should not have to say this in order to get a call back. Doesn't feel like Lexus has my interests as a priority. I will consider this when it's time to upgrade. I only rated these employees because it would not let me submit if I didn't but don't know them to rate them. More
