Twicw recently I scheduled service and the phone scheduler failed to not only schedule a loaner as specified, but totally did not schedule my mist recent appointment. I feel sorry for the service scheduler failed to not only schedule a loaner as specified, but totally did not schedule my mist recent appointment. I feel sorry for the service guys because they take the brunt of complaints. I recommend taking the name of the person scheduling your appointment and calling them out when they screw up. I have been a customer at the Pembroke Pines Lexus for 16 years and the schedulers now are incompetent. More
