We are thoroughly happy with the sales department and for the maintenance done on our vehicle. We are thoroughly disappointed in the customer service we received upon checking in for our first service appoin the maintenance done on our vehicle. Our appointment was made with "Sebastian", we checked in 15 minutes before our appointment, and after our making 2 inquiries as to when we would be seen, it appears the manager took over 40 minutes later. This was really a huge disappointment! More
