First of all, I would like to state that this is not the first time I have had a bad experience,but this is about this experience. My wife and I turned in my new car for a basic maintenance on Saturday, fe first time I have had a bad experience,but this is about this experience. My wife and I turned in my new car for a basic maintenance on Saturday, feb.13 knowing it would not be completed that day. We were asked for a rental car but declined because we did not need another vehicle on Sunday, February 14. We were told it would be completed at the latest 12pm the next day after. I was told and messaged on a text that I would be told of it's completion. I never received any communication. We called at 4:11pm and was told the shop was closed and nothing could be done. Really? After speaking to a manager, nothing was done, just a sorry. With that being said, now I needed my car for Monday to go to work but you don't open until 730am and I needed to be in work by 6am, in Boca! My girl called the manager, he apologized and stated the system is flawed abd to get a loaner next time. (I feel we were being respectful and assistive in your business not to get one) So an Uber each way, not cheap AND still could not get my car because I get off at 6pm and you guys are closed. I now had to work a half of a day Tuesday to get there in time to get my car. To make things worse, pick up the car and I have pen marks on my upholstery. I did not want to go back or call because I just had enough. In conclusion, I feel that when you get a luxury vehicle, especially Lexus, you should have the highest care, especially when you spend almost 50k on a vehicle. I have gotten much better service from Toyota, nissan, and kia..... Yes! Kia. I will not be coming back and would rather go to Lexus of west palm. I do not know who is at fault, so I fo not mention names. The person that took my car was great and the person who wrote me up was nice. I'm not a person that writes these, but because of my car being expensive (dream car) and because of the lack of empathy and how it impacted me the past few days, I felt compelled to let you guys know so nobody else would get this treatment.
